Recipes include a lot of the great Amish and PA Dutch dishes and desserts fixed in the book including Fasnachts, apple desserts, and Shoofly Pie, but also a recipe for Amish Pretzels which are found all over the area and a couple of fall theme recipes from the Nancy Drew Cookbook including Witch Tree Apples.
